Finally........

Last few months have been very challenging for me on all fronts….my dad had been unwell for many months…..then I had a little bit of health  concern etc etc….so someone like me who is so fond of travelling and teaching  art of living  had been based in mumbai for few months now L

Inspite of the so called challenge guruji  helped me pass through it ……a  strong learning for me was guruji is not here to solve my problems, instead he is here to make me strong so I can solve my problems J

As I look back I feel so fortunate as these months gone by helped my entire family get on the path…..my brother and bhabhi did the course and the best part they loved it. My mom’s faith in guruji went up much more and my dad is so much more appreciative  and proud of what I am doing.

In a typical organization my boss would have given me few PL( previledge leave) and would have cribbed how my work is taking back seat……but my current boss Sri Sri Ravishankarji told me one sentence “Ghar Pe Dhyan Do” I can’t thank you enough guruji for blessing my family….

Recently I took my  family to the ashram. In so many years we had never gone out as a family….They didnt want to come back to mumbai....This trip was special. Finally I have a family photo too.I can’t believe we all are in one frame J J

My dad, elder brother, happy me :-) bhabhi-,cutest person my neice, mom and masi

We love you Loads Guruji………

You are a Yogi, You are a Baby, You are soooooooooo lucky!!!!!

This is what HE said to all of us. The whole process of becoming a Yogi is getting back to the child likeness in You. So just before sleeping in the night, say these words. And I tell you, what a sleep I got that night. It felt as if I slept for really long hours and how a baby wakes up with a smile on his face, I experienced the same.
So, as we all were waiting for HIM to start with Bhagavad-Gita, HE asked so how many of you’ll want to listen to knowledge and we all raised our hands…then HE laughed and said” wanting to listen is also burden” if you keep on listening then there is intellectual indigestion . Our presence conveys more than words. HE said “Earth rises and becomes mountain when they celebrate, birds sing and celebrate and human beings smiles ‘a real smile’ and celebrates”.
5200 years ago, amidst the war a song was recited ‘Geeta’. Amidst the war there was harmony. One who sings during the war has actually mastered His/Her mind. HE started with the sixth chapter of Geeta that is “Dhyana Yoga”.
The first two lines of 6th chapter says He who does any action without any expectation of fruit is a Yogi. In this context Guruji said that there are 2 things doing action to gain joy or doing any action as an expression of joy. Eg: Telling people to go and watch a movie which you recently saw or inviting your friends for a birthday party, you do these acts as expression of joy. Then HE added any action teaches you something if you keep on worrying about the future your actions in the present are affected. You need to do some action or take some effort and then relax, just as in kriya you do take some effort of doing the pranayams and bhastrika and all that and you just relax. HE also said that one needs merit to experience joy and love, love and happiness are gifts given to you for your merits. That’s is why HE makes us do seva, so that we gain the m gain the joy and happiness so that we become a baby, a Yogi again.
I will end it by a very brilliantly answered question by Guru
Q- Guruji after doing the Art of Living course my addictions have stopped but now I am addicted to satsang and kriya and YOU…
A- All of us started laughing,  He said "to get over small addiction you require a bigger addiction" Just as alum when put in water dissolves all the impurities first and then itself gets dissolved.
Jai Guru Dev.

A Journey towards the Self

The trip was truly a journey towards the self. It’s difficult to start. So many memories are flashing that I am completely confused which one to give priority. Let’s begin with where all this started. Manisha called up Dada for some work and he asked us to come to Arosa. Ek phone call ne meri zindagi badaldi.
I still wonder what made me say yes. I registered online paid the money actually my dad did. The last week’s experience is carved in my memory with beautiful pictures and knowledge given by HIM and the time which I spent or rather lived with My Guru.
Let’s begin the journey to first go to Arosa a place in Switzerland. I was traveling by Lufthansa. The food served sucks Big time, you rather fast but not eat so for people flying Lufthansa please carry you’re on food. Mom’s food was a savior. It was a connecting flight first from Mumbai to Munich and then to Zurich. It was mailed to us that at Zurich airport there will be help desk that will guide you further just catch “a” single train, which will take just 2 hours to reach Arosa. But once we reached Zurich after a 12hours flight ride or rather fly, we get to see no help desk and we got to know that we had to change “3” trains to reach Arosa which will take approx 4-5 hrs hmmm no comments. First from Zurich to Zurich HB then to Chur(for all the Indians it is pronounced as Khur they say ch as kh) to Arosa. All thanks to Mani uncle who helped us. Here are some pictures of the scenery you get to see during the journey from Zurich to Arosa Enjoy!!!!!!! Please make note of my photography skills, talents blossom in the presence of the Master.

It was worth all the pain we took to change 3 trains with all the luggage too. The amazing thing was that the whole of Arosa township was closed for the month of May and so all the buses and hotels were open only for us!!!!. It was so exciting to see all the buses running there had only one stop on the plate or whatever it is called saying Meditation hall cool na!!! !wish I had taken that pic also.
There were 2 hotels Robinson and Kulm. Unfortunately I was staying in robin and HE in Kulm. But he spent more time with us when he met all of us individually yahoo!!!!!!!!!!.
This was the view from my hotel room balcony.

Here are my more photography skills, with an amazing model I worked with BAWA.

This is just the beginning had a super time eating supper. I had just thought that it would be a delight to all the levels of existence except body but as it is said it always starts from gross to sutler, it was a treat for my tastes buds. It wolud take atleast 2 big plates to get everything that was prepared and deserts are later. Different types of bread and cheese and everyday a new flavored lassi strawberry, raspberry, mango(thanks to chailtal who got 50kgs of mango), banana. Different types of pudding,6-7 types of bread butter jam yummy……..

I was so restless to meet HIM. So it was time to meet HIM. After  satisfying the tastes buds…we all went to the meditation hall which had steep slopes so all that we ate was digested. People were singing and dancing in ecstasy but my eyes were just glued at the door to get one glance of my Guru. And there HE enters (again all Indians make a note) only 8 people around HIM allowing HIM to walk as HE wanted with no pushing, hugging and touching feet business, and He looked at me with so much of love  that made me break into tears(people who have exp this will know what I am talking about). Was feeling absolutely lucky, blessed, cared, loved, protected. Only a Guru can do this.
He meditated for sometime and we all were patiently waited to listen to HIS commentary on Bhagavad-Gita
